我的MP3是P128的，有点老了，好久没有用了，拿出来就出现这种错误，看网上说在官方下载修复工具，按照驱动，我都做了，而且我这个在管理-设备管理器里面可以找到Player Recovery Device Class,点开那个FORMAT AUDIOMS也有提示说:`````the drivers are loading on your system,please wait until the LED is on or the LED shows READY,and the run the formatter again. 下面就有一个按钮“确定”，点了确定就一直没有消息了，不点确定也一直没有消息，但是这样就一直没有消息了···然后点FORMAT AUDIOMS出来就灰色的
怎么办呢？
那个序列号在哪儿找啊？我的说明书啊什么的都不见了，盼回复
